Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Braai Mate purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

Where the law provides a consumer with a right to return goods because they are defective, unsafe or do not meet the required standards, Braai Mate will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with South African consumer law. Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, qualifying defective goods may be returned within six months of delivery for repair, replacement or refund, subject to the Act.

For unwanted products, any return or exchange will be handled according to the applicable consumer-law requirements and Braai Mate's specific return conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
